We endeavour to ship your order within 1-2 working days upon receipt of payment. All orders for delivery within Singapore will enjoy free local postage.  Please allow an additional 2-3 working days for delivery if you opt for shipping by local registered mail. 

All orders are final upon receipt of payment and shipment. However, you may make changes to your order before shipment by calling 8878 6997 (Office Hours Only) or emailing us at info@alessandroshoes.com.sg.

If you prefer to purchase and collect our products or want to try out our product's sizing in person, you may proceed to any of our outlets listed here.


For large orders and quantities, self-collection, cash or cheque payments, please contact us directly at info@alessandroshoes.com.sg. Payment and shipping terms will be arranged later.

We accept all major debit or credit cards (e.g. Visa, Mastercard and American Express) via Shopify Pay. 

Our company (Djien Pte Ltd) is GST registered. Therefore, all products and services listed on this website are subject to a Goods and Services Tax of 7% which are included in the listed prices unless otherwise stated.


After an order has been placed and payment received, we will email you a shipping confirmation notice once your order is shipped. Unfortunately, tracking is not available.

All orders for delivery within Singapore will enjoy free local shipping. Orders that enjoy complimentary shipping is posted in Singapore via SingPost . The option for Registered Mail will take 2-3 working days to deliver upon shipping confirmation. 

Self-collection for orders placed on this website are not available.


Orders via the website are geo-restricted to Singapore only. If you are an overseas customer interested in purchasing any of our products, please email us directly at info@alessandroshoes.com.sg. Shipping and payment terms will be arranged later.


All orders are final upon placement and payment. No cancellation, exchange, returns or refunds will be entertained unless due to product defect and approved by us.

Cancellation of orders and refunds can also occur due to supplier constraints and/or by our discretion. We apologise if this happens and your refund will be processed via Paypal, Bank Transfer or Cheque as soon as possible.


Please read the instructions printed on our products before use. We are not responsible for any damage and/or injury caused due to misuse or improper usage of our products.

All of our products and services carry a 6 month warranty against any manufacturer defect only. This policy is in line with the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act of Singapore.
